Before opening City Wide facility Solutions of Metro NJ, Mike spent over 20 years in domestic and international financial services both in NY and London, working for some of the largest banks in the world including Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. Mike has managed both global client service, relationship management and client onboarding teams ranging from 10-80+ employees across multiple cities and continents. Throughout his career, Mike has gained invaluable experience on both sides of the fence as a client and a service provider. With a focus on sales operations management, he understands managing and exceeding client expectations, the value in improving processes, using the latest technology, quality and control, client onboarding and integration, as well as tactical and strategic planning.  Michael believes in putting clients first and building strong long-lasting relationships.
