Eric Lam

Redwoods Design Studio Architect, based in Englewood NJ, is a practice founded in 2006. Our expertise is in the design of commercial interiors, adaptive reuse, and strategic wellness design. Licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio, and Washington, we are well versed in the retail, office, healthcare, and hospitality industries. Our projects have been published in trade journals such as Green Building & Design, Hotels, and Environmental Design + Construction.

Prior to becoming co-founder of Redwoods Design Studio Architect in 2006, Eric had 15 years of experience as a Project Architect and Designer with several international architecture firms. He has been involved in many notable architecture and interior projects throughout the United States. Eric is a Registered Architect in the state of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio, and Washington. Additionally, he is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Fitwel Ambassador. Eric is an active volunteer for various local non-profit organizations such as the Northern Valley Greenway and The Rotary Club of Tenafly, and he enjoys traveling with his wife and his teenage son.
