Proven ability to apply customer-oriented approach to project management, ensuring client satisfaction while consistently remaining within time and budget guidelines. Previous experience includes directing all operational and design aspects on a wide array of projects for new construction, renovation and building re-use for residential, multi- family, commercial, medical, retail, restaurant, industrial, and commercial office, and development projects
