Company Bio
The Clinical Group is a fully integrated medical real estate and healthcare platform built around four core disciplines — Clinical Advisory, Medical Real Estate, Healthcare Development, and Medical Investment — delivering a seamless, single-partner solution that no traditional real estate firm or standalone consultancy can match. At our core, we are medical real estate specialists. We guide physicians, medical groups, and hospitals through every real estate decision whether leasing the right clinical space, acquiring a facility, or strategically disposing of an underperforming asset. For owners and developers, we are the strategic partner to reposition, lease, and maximize the value of medical and healthcare-adaptive assets; from agency leasing and tenant placement to full investment sales ensuring every property performs at its highest and best clinical use.
