Randy has experience in both business and real estate industries, specializing in Healthcare/Office and Investment properties. Services include Brokerage, Consulting, Debt/Equity Management and Valuation. Randy previously worked at a boutique CRE firm as a Broker Associate and at a manufacturing facility as an Operations Manager. Since 2007 he has been involved in over several hundred lease and sale transactions of commercial real estate and has completed market evaluations on office, industrial, retail and investment properties. Randy is highly skilled in research, data verification, and analysis and also possesses outstanding reporting, presentation, leadership and communication skills.
