Mr. Morris has more than 25 years of land development engineering experience, specializing in environmental consulting throughout New Jersey and the U.S. working with clients from due diligence to project close-out on major redevelopment sites. Mr. Morris earned his B.S. degree in Environmental Science from Marist College and a M.S. degree in Environmental Science from NJIT. He is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) certified by the State of New Jersey, a Professional Geologist licensed in New Hampshire, and is licensed by the NJDEP for Subsurface Evaluator/Closure of UST. He serves on the NJDEP Technical Guidance Historic Fill Subcommitte and the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) Real Property Forum Steering Committee. Mr. Morris is a member of the AIPG, LSRPA, NGWA. He has also been an active volunteer with the Ramsey Environmental Commission and Hot Spur soccer program. Areas of Expertise
