Personal Bio
He currently is a Sr. VP with Bank of America and serves as the Sr. Commercial Business Development Officer for the New Jersey and New York within the Business Banking group. He has been recognized by the bank and externally for being the #1 BDO at various times during his thirteen-year tenor with Bank of America.   He has worked as an independent consultant for the New Jersey Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Kean University providing business counseling and has worked with a number of start-up and entrepreneurs over the years.   He has held positions as a lender with various Certified Development Companies across the state of New Jersey facilitating the SBA’s 504 loan program. He has also worked at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority as a loan officer helping clients with traditional loan products, as well as tax credit programs, tax-exempt “industrial” bonds, brown-field remediation subsidies and a roster of 25 other specialized assistance state funded programs.   Prior to his employment with the EDA, Josh worked as the loan officer for a Certified Development Finance Institution (CDFI) previously known as Union County Economic Development Company (UCEDC).   Josh is a former Vice-Chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and is a past member of the Planning Board for the City of Rahway. He previously served as the Chairman of the Rahway Center Partnership; a non-profit management group responsible for the Rahway Special Improvement District.   Josh received his B.S. in Finance from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2000, graduating Summa Cum Laude and his M.B.A. from the University of Florida in 2008. He has also been a member and chapter president of numerous national honors societies.   Prior to all this Josh was honorably discharged after serving eight years with the U.S. Army, and the Louisiana Army National Guard. His assignments took him overseas to East Asia and throughout the continental United States.
