Stealth Communications, a privately-held, independent ISP, provides ultrafast Gigabit Internet connectivity to NYC businesses over its own fiber network. In 2013, after receiving authorization from the City of New York, commenced construction of its own fiber network. Laying every single cable individually and servicing each customer personally, Stealth offers some of the NYC's fastest and most reliable Internet service at reasonable rates, providing a valuable platform for New York's businesses and entrepreneurs to thrive.

Joe Plotkin is Director of Business Development for Stealth Communications, an independently owned ISP in NYC. Stealth has built its own state-of-the-art fiber network throughout the city, and provides multi-gigabit connectivity to businesses, institutions and government agencies.  Joe has been at the forefront of broadband connectivity for over two decades, in a variety of ISP roles. Prior to joining Stealth, he founded a WISP in upstate NY, with a mission to bridge the rural broadband gap. He holds a master’s degree from NYU's Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP).
