Mr. Bronstein brings more than twenty-three years of international marketing and financial industry experience. He is currently Managing Partner of Waterstreet Capital, an investment advisory boutique headquartered in NYC. Carl is involved in sourcing, structuring, financing and investing in middle market companies. Mr. Bronstein also managed both capital raises and roadshows for various natural resource and energy companies throughout the US, Europe and Asia. Previously, Carl was a Founder and Managing Partner at BH Capital LLC; a full service investment firm specializing in money management and capital raising transactions. These included reverse mergers, pipe financings and private placements across a range of industry sectors that covered healthcare, consumer, renewable energy, natural resources and real estate for high net worth families and middle market institutions.   Mr. Bronstein’s experience includes senior positions with Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, UBS and Oppenheimer. Carl began his career working for Milton Petrie, the late chairman of Petrie Stores, Inc. as a personal assistant to the chairman in a legal real estate function where he was responsible for administering the firm’s real estate activities. In a merger and acquisition role, he evaluated and analyzed potential retail transactions. Mr. Bronstein holds a JD from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and New York Law School where he graduated with honors. He received a BA, with honors, from New York University.
