Mark Vizzini

Dresdner Robin is a multi-disciplinary land use consulting firm providing civil engineering, environmental, land surveying, planning and landscape architecture services. Starting as a pioneer in Brownfield redevelopment in the 1970’s, Dresdner Robin has expanded land use services for both public and private sector clients throughout the New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia Metro areas.

Mr. Vizzini I s a Licensed Landscape Architect in NY, NJ, PA, & VA and a LEED AP bd+c, with over 25 years of experience in site development, master planning, landscape and lighting design, and project management. Mr. Vizzini is a seasoned project manager with experience in projects ranging from urban brownfield redevelopment projects, mixed-use residential, commercial/retail, hospitality, pedestrian plaza’s, streetscapes, senior housing, parks, open space and recreation design, corporate/office, waterfront development, and green roofs/rooftop design. Mr. Vizzini has also appeared before numerous municipal boards throughout the State as an expert witness in Landscape Architecture. In addition, Mr. Vizzini leads Dresdner Robin’s business development and marketing efforts.
